JOJACKING (CONCRETE LEVELLING)
Don't replace it – JoJack it!
JoJacks specializes in the raising and levelling of concrete sidewalks, patios, pools etc. Through a small hole drilled into the concrete, a grout mix is injected under the slab. As the void fills, the pressure created lifts the slab back into position. All of this is achieved in a fraction of the time and cost it would take to replace the concrete.
Slabjacking Simplified
The type of slab JoJacks raises is referred to as "floating concrete" meaning the concrete moves with the ground. The ground can move as a result of freezing and thawing or can be caused by the amount of moisture present in the soil at different times of the year. As a result, it is necessary to use a material that can be pumped, is stable and will solidify under the concrete.
The material is mixed on the job site to adjust for the individual conditions encountered. Our formulation has the flexibility to fill voids and pockets which results in using more material and provides a complete solution.

FOUNDATION REPAIR

This combined with freezing and thawing creates hairline cracks in the corners or along mortar lines where brick, block or stone join together.

PIERING
A failing foundation should not be ignored! Piering is a technique that is used to lift and stabilize foundations through the use of large, screw-like steel posts. These rigid columns of high strength steel are attached to your foundation's footing using heavy duty steel foundation brackets to create the new permanent support for the structure.
There are a number of different methods that can be used in piering including underpinning, helical and push pier.
